Costume Policy: Because all costumes are ordered through large companies, costumes will not have a custom fit on your child. We do our very best to order the correct size based on measurements and size charts. Any and all alterations will be done at the dancer’s expense. Any costume exchanges through the costume company will have a $25 costume exchange charge applied.

All costume fees will be posted to accounts on October 1st. Costumes fees are as follows:
ages 2 - 6 yrs old: $70 (most of these classes will only have one costume fee).
all level classes, ages 8 and up: $75 (the number of costume fees is usually based on the number of classes the dancer is enrolled in).
Cheer students: brand new cheer uniform is $180. Often times a less expensive, used one may be purchased from a former cheer student or a student who has outgrown their uniform and must purchase the next size.

Costume fees may be paid at any time. You do not have to wait until fall to pay on costumes. As the parent of three dancers with multiple costumes, I start making costume payments the week after Production ends.

This total due must be paid in full by the end of December. Any accounts with outstanding costume fees in January will be charged a $20 late fee. A dancer will not receive his/her costume until all costume fees are paid in full.

As costumes arrive in the studio, each class will have a costume fitting. This will be during class and allows the instructor to oversee fittings. If your dancer is absent that day, plan extra time at the next class to have this done. Costumes will not be sent home until the instructor has approved the fit.
