Costumes have started to arrive. For our younger dancers, the instructor will have a class fitting to help ensure size and all accessories, if present/ordered, are accounted for. Our instructors will do their best to address each dancer but there is only one of them and many dancers. Please help us by making sure your instructor sees the costume on your dancer. If there is a concern, we need to know immediately. If an exchange is necessary, ship dates are already out to the middle of April. This means it's likely that the costume would not arrive in time for pictures and let's not even think about it not being here in time for Production.

This is frustrating and I am truly sorry. We order costumes from vendors who make costumes in bulk. We do this to keep costume prices down for our account holders. The costumes are inexpensively-made and unfortunately, it shows sometimes.

A child's small costume is not going to fit every dancer the same who would normally wear a child's small. We try to be accurate in taking measurments but mistakes happen. If measurements were taken/entered incorrectly, it is our mistake and we will work with you to correct it.

The exchange/re-stocking fee is $25. If a new, single costume has to be ordered, the costume price is $75. These vendors do not want to deal in orders of one costume which is why prices increase so much.
