Hello JDA family,
-March tuition has been posted, account statements emailed. Tuition is due the 1st, $20 late fees are posted to over due accounts on the 11th.

-most costumes are here and passed out. Any more concerns/issues will have to be handled locally. Ship dates for most manufacturers are early May for any returns/exchanges.

-Production picture schedule is posted to the bulletin board and will be posted to the website very soon! Pictures are Saturday, April 24th, 9am-3pm at the studio by Tim McConnell Photography. Pictures are taken in Studio A, ordering is done in Studio B. Payment is expected at time of order. Tim runs a very tight schedule and he DOES NOT WAIT for anyone. Please double and triple check your dancer's class times. Every year, we have upset parents and dancers who miss their class picture.

-SUMMER is coming! I believe this. All this snow WILL melt. We do have summer classes/camps just about ready to go. Please start checking the website.

-Production dress rehearsal is Friday and Saturday, May 21st and 22nd. Please save the date. Schedule is still being worked on and will be posted soon.

-Production show schedules are being worked on. There will be THREE shows, 1pm, 3pm and 5pm on SUNDAY, MAY 23RD. Show location is same as last year, Urbandale High School Performing Arts Center (PAC).

-Parent helper list for our younger dancer classes has been posted to the bulletin board. These are volunteers who help keep the kids together and ready to go onstage when it is their turn. Production cannot happen without these helpers. There are two seats saved in the front row so they can watch their dancers perform. You could also consider helping another class in another show time. Please sign up at the front desk. Thank you very much!

-I cannot believe this but we have already had 3 inquiries just this week about fall/winter dance. Jeanne is working on the class schedule. It will be published by spring break. Please have patience on this, some of our instructors just don't know what their availability will be for fall quite yet. We are working on it.

-New refund policy. Moving forward, there will be NO REFUNDS GIVEN for any fees paid. Any questions about this, please speak to Tami at the front desk on Tuesday evenings.

-Class cancellation policy: A two week notice is required. Otherwise, the next month's tuition will be charged.
