Yoga at JDA

JDA brings a mixed-level class using a three-part format: a warm-up phase, work phase, and a cool-down/deep stretching phase. So some equipment and props may be used at times. Also, modifications for students are always welcomed. Additionally, Yoga is non-competitive and integrates both the mind and body to achieve maximum mind/body health. By the same token, we believe that everyone can benefit from consistent yoga practice and enjoy some of the many benefits. Those include strength, flexibility, balance, body awareness, mental clarity, and calmness. JDA class is Hatha yoga with a Vinyasa flow. Please feel free to bring your own mat — or use one of ours — and let go of any expectations and enjoy the class. Furthermore, all people ages 13+ are invited!
